The resort has a lot of potential but could significantly benefit from some cleaning and maintenance. The Signature Villas were spacious with a beautiful private pool, but dealing with the timeshare pitch left a lasting negative impression. Additionally, the beach area was not well-kept, detracting from the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the quiet pool atmosphere was enjoyable during our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The spacious Signature Room was beautifully decorated and offered stunning ocean views, making it a perfect retreat. However, the check-in process was frustrating, as my room wasn’t ready on time, and the service could improve in terms of responsiveness. Overall, it provided a good family-friendly environment, but some maintenance issues and long waits should be addressed.

While the presidential suite was spacious and nicely appointed, the musty smell and maintenance issues were frustrating. Overall, while we made some great family memories, I wouldn't choose to return to this resort.
